Delivery & Backorders
Delivery
Orders should be with you within 3 working days for orders placed before 8pm. Orders placed after 8pm should be with you within 4 working days.
We use a variety of delivery services including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD to get your products to you as quickly as we can.
Expected delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you need something quickly and guaranteed, get in touch and we’ll try and help you out.
Back-ordering Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items can be back-ordered and will usually be with you within 10 working days though it may take up to 20.
If we can’t get a back-ordered product to you within 20 working days, we’ll send you an email to let you know and you can cancel the order at any time between receiving the ‘extended delivery time frame’ email and receiving your dispatch email. Once you receive your dispatch email it will be with you within 3 working days.
